City Spire Condominiums is a landmark building in Midtown Manhattan. Designed by Helmut Jahn in 1987 when completed was the second tallest concrete structure in USA. This apartment sits at a very high floor with unobstructed views to Central Park. The renovation process revolved around the idea of preserving the views through all the interior spaces.
